By choosing this name, our intention was to merge two disciplines we practice, in a bond of nature and “slow” lifestyle.

The intuitive and simple name has the aim to clearly indicate our target: walking with full awareness, enjoying every single natural element that surround us.

The traditional Trekking (or Hiking) is sided by Yoga, which practice is offered by our instructor Raquel Macedo in specifically chosen moments and suitable places at the beginning or during our hikes.


Hereby the fundamental features of our activity:

  • Low or medium-difficulty hikes
  • Yoga breaks with the main goal of learning the right breathing techniques
  • Yoga practice prepared for muscular cool-down, specifically targeted on the hiking practice
  • Outdoor open spaces, as vast as possible in order to consent a lying position during Yoga practice. If not possible, Yoga session will be done standing.
